Job Description

Responsibilities

•    Customer Support: You will provide comprehensive support to customers with questions about our software, products, portals, and recruiting issues.

•    Reporting Development: As our software is about to launch, you will help develop and optimize the reporting features that are not yet fully implemented.

•    Live Chat Management: You will manage our in-software live chat system, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.

•    Ticket System Administration: You will handle and organize our ticket system to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

•    Strong Customer Service Skills: You have excellent communication skills in written english and a customer-oriented mindset.

•    Technical Understanding: You possess a solid understanding of software applications and can quickly learn new systems.

•    Problem-Solving Abilities: You can identify and resolve complex customer issues independently.

•    Reporting Experience: You have experience with data analysis and creating reports, preferably in a software environment.
